1. Prior information

Before you book we inform you of the main characteristics of the experience:

• Activity description.
• Date and time.
• Approximate duration.
• Price and included services.
• Meeting place or point.
• Age requirements or special conditions, when applicable.
• Necessary recommendations to carry out the activity.

2. Booking confirmation

The reservation is confirmed once the corresponding payment is made and availability is confirmed. From that moment our team organizes the necessary arrangements to guarantee the reserved experience.

3. Rescheduling

We know that unforeseen events may occur. If you cannot attend on the reserved date, we offer the possibility to reschedule the experience while retaining the value of the reservation.

The new date is subject to our schedule availability. We recommend requesting a reschedule as early as possible.

4. Refunds

Due to the prior organization required for each booking, the experience fee is mainly handled through rescheduling if you cannot attend.

In exceptional cases, when there is a serious or force majeure situation duly documented—such as a medical emergency or the death of a family member—Murillo 360 may assess the possibility of issuing a refund.

When authorized, a retention of 25% of the paid amount will be applied, covering administrative, financial, operational and logistical costs incurred by the reservation.

5. Punctuality and schedules

Each experience has a pre-established schedule that must be respected to ensure proper organization of the activity.

Some routes have specific departure times that are strictly adhered to. In Senderos del Gran Kumanday, for example, the departure is at the indicated time: if you are not ready at that time, the activity may be rescheduled for the next day according to availability.

In activities with quad bikes or other services with defined time, the usage time starts counting from the scheduled reservation time. If you are late or continue using the service after the contracted time, additional time incurs an extra cost according to the applicable rate.

In case of rescheduling, it is essential to strictly adhere to the new schedule. We recommend arriving early to avoid surcharges, delays or changes in the experience.

6. Adventure activities and physical conditions

Some experiences take place in rural, mountain, or natural areas and may require specific physical conditions, minimum age, or special requirements.

You must inform us of any relevant situation to carry out the activity safely and always follow the staff instructions.

7. Minors

Participation of minors is subject to each experience's conditions. Minimum age, accompaniment by a responsible adult, or parental/legal representative authorization may be required. Some activities have specific restrictions for minors for safety reasons.

8. Your responsibility

• Provide correct information when making the reservation.
• Follow safety instructions and recommendations.
• Use equipment, vehicles, or items we provide properly.
• Maintain respectful conduct with the Murillo 360 team, other clients, and the environment.

Damages caused by improper use, negligence, or non-compliance with instructions are the user's responsibility, in accordance with service conditions and applicable regulations.

9. Weather and operating conditions

Activities may be subject to weather, road, environmental or safety conditions. When those conditions prevent the experience from being carried out properly, Murillo 360 may modify or postpone the activity and will try to offer a new date based on availability.

10. Acceptance

Before making the payment you have access to the information and terms of the experience. By making the payment you confirm that you have read and understood these policies.

At Murillo 360 we want your experience to be enjoyable. If something unexpected happens, our first option will be to help you find a new date so you can experience it.
